Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Cummings Road (Rural Road) - 109716-20NSW-RTR
Road surface is narrow and rough, does not cater for the heavy vehicles that travel along the road.Rehabilitate the road to have a 7metre seal, a 1 metre unsealed shoulder and improved drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $2,220,000
Mountain Creek Road (Rural Road) - 109725-20NSW-RTR
Road is narrow on the crest of hill and slightly off alignment.Rehabilitate 300 metres of road over the crest and apply 7 metre seal and 1 metre unsealed shoulder, whilst correcting alignment over the crest.
Pioneer Drive, Jindera - 109726-20NSW-RTR
Road is in urban area and has inadequate drainage, pedestrian access and lighting.Rehabilitate road, install Kerb and Channel including Footpath and streetlighting.
Weedallion Road ( Rural Road) - 109740-20NSW-RTR
Two tight reverse curves on this section of an unsealed road can lead to traffic being on the wrong side of road. Traffic sight distance through the curves is also poor.Realigning (or stretching) the reverse curves away from each other to improve the road geometry and vehicle sight distances.
Old Monteagle Road (Rural Road) - 109741-20NSW-RTR
Current concrete causeway has large holes in the pavement deck, causing issues to traffic and is at end of its useful life, requiring replacement.Demolish current causeway and repour a new causeway in the same alignment.
Wickham Lane ( Rural Road) - 109744-20NSW-RTR
Subdivisions in the area serviced by Wickham Lane has triggered increased traffic on this road. This has triggered complaints regarding the current alignment and frequent maintenance grading of this unsealed section of Wickham Lane.A staged upgrade of the northern section of this road , commencing with this first section. Upgrade will realign road , new pavement install and seal this new pavement section.
Grubben Road (Rural Road) - 109712-20NSW-RTR
Road surface and shoulders are narrow and rough and to narrow to cater for the heavy vehicles that use this route.Road is to be reconstructed to a sealed width of 7 metres with a 1 metre unsealed shoulder and drainage is to be improved.Total cost of proposed project is $800,000
Cowles Road - Mosman - 109822-20NSW-RTR
Pavement deformation and pavement defects includes cracking and pot holes.Mill and pave section of road and repair soft spots in road base to make road safe.
Bongeen Road, Bongeen - 109823-20QLD-RTR
This section of road (4.1 km length) has been identified by Toowoomba Regional Council asset management system as requiring pavement rehabilitation works. The road is in poor condition and is a B-double road train route. In association with the pavement rehabilitation work the road will be upgraded from a narrow 5.5 metre width to a 2-lane standard. The section links to a concurrent RTR section of Bongeen Road, south of Gruhl Road.Reconstruct the pavement and widen the road to a two-lane bitumen seal standard (6.5m seal).Total cost of proposed project is $1,111,078

This section of road (2.5 km length) has been identified by Toowoomba Regional Council asset management system as requiring pavement rehabilitation works.
