Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Saumarez War Service Road (Rural Road) - 095825-17NSW-RTR
The existing single lane gravel road is part of a B-Double route. There are road safety concerns with the narrow pavement and the location of a electricity pole stay wire close to the road formation together with a dust nuisance to the several houses adjoining this section of road.The existing gravel road will be widened to two lanes and bitumen sealed. An existing electricity pole stay wire will be replaced with a stay pole that is well clear of the road formation.
Eastern Avenue (Rural Road) - 095826-17NSW-RTR
The existing single lane bitumen road has very low strength pavement that is badly deformed resulting in pavement failure and reduced safety for road users with very poor ride conditions.Reconstruction of the existing single lane formation , pavement widening to 6 metres, additional base course gravel and single lane bitumen seal.Total cost of proposed project is $590,086
Strzelecki Track (Rural Road) - 052351-14SA-RTR
The floodways to be upgraded scour heavily after moderate flows, causing road closures and posing road hazards to the travelling public and the local community. There are also significant maintenance costs associated with the reinstatement of these floodways.The work will consist of excavating existing material and replacing with crushed rock, this will then be stabilised with cement and concrete toewalls will be constructed to prevent under-mining. The floodways vary in length from 100 to 200 metres and will be 10 metres in width.
Lee Avenue, Jindabyne - 095828-17NSW-RTR
Damaged sections of Kerb & Gutter with debris build up. Pavement failures in several locations along the Street. Seal wear and damage over 75% of the road surface. Blocked culvert including inlet/outlet open drains, resulting in flooding. Increased volume in heavy vehicle traffic resulting in pavement damages at intersections and driveway's.Cleaning of existing layback kerb & Gutter. Mill and Patching of approx 1057M2. Clearing of culvert inlet & outlet. Resealing 3000 M2 with a 14mm/S45R with a 7mm scatter coat on the intersections.
Sturgeon Street, Jindabyne - 095829-17NSW-RTR
Damaged sections of Kerb & Gutter with debris buildup. Buildup of loose gravel and aggregate on large sections of the road. Pavement failures in several locations along the Street Seal wear and damage over 70% of the road surface. Increased volume in heavy vehicle traffic resulting in pavement damages at intersections and driveway's.Cleaning of existing layback kerb & Gutter. Mill & Patching of approx 1057M2. Heavy sweeping and removal of loose aggregate. Resealing 1700 M2 with a 14mm/S45R with a 7mm scatter coat on the intersections.
Crawford Street, Jindabyne - 095830-17NSW-RTR
Damaged sections of Kerb & Gutter with debris buildup. Buildup of loose gravel and aggregate on large sections of the road. Pavement failures in several locations along the Street Seal wear and damage over 75% of the road surface. Increased volume in heavy vehicle traffic resulting in pavement damages at intersections, and driveway's servicing the concrete and heavy haulage depots.Replacement of approx 62M damaged Kerb & Gutter . Cleaning of existing layback kerb & Gutter. Mill and AC Patching of approx 420M2. [including 3 driveways] Clearing of culvert inlet & outlet. Resealing 1150M2 with a 14mm/S45R with a 7mm scatter coat on the intersections.
Percy Harris Street, Jindabyne - 095831-17NSW-RTR
Damaged sections of Kerb & Gutter with debris buildup. Buildup of loose gravel and aggregate on large sections of the road. Pavement failures in several locations along the Street Seal wear and damage over 70% of the road surface. Increased volume in heavy vehicle traffic resulting in pavement damages at intersections and driveway's.Cleaning of existing layback kerb & Gutter. Minor pavement patching and pothole repairs. Heavy sweeping and removal of loose aggregate. Resealing 1800M2 with a 14mm/S45R with a 7mm scatter coat on the intersections.
Baggs Street Jindabyne - 095832-17NSW-RTR
Damaged sections of Kerb & Gutter with debris buildup. Buildup of loose gravel and aggregate on large sections of the road. Pavement failures in several locations along the Street Seal wear and damage over 75% of the road surface. Increased volume in heavy vehicle traffic resulting in pavement damages at intersections and driveway's.Replacement of Approx 30M damaged Kerb & Gutter . Cleaning of existing layback kerb & Gutter. Mill & Patching of Approx 1057M2. Clearing of culvert inlet & outlet. Resealing 2000M2 with a 14mm/S45R with a 7mm scatter coat on the intersections.
Merima Road (Rural Road) - 095833-17NSW-RTR
Merima Bridge over Jones Creek on Merima Road is a single span, single lane timber bridge, 9m long on a Local Road servicing rural properties. Recent condition inspections have identified several of the bridges elements that have deteriorated, and no longer meet the load rating required by the bridge. The failing elements include piles and girders, are requiring urgent replacement, with other elements requiring replacement in the near future.Removal of existing bridge deck and substructure. Repairs to existing Abutments & Wingwalls. Replacement of the bridge with a modular 12M single span concrete deck. Reinstate both road approaches to meet the new bridge levels.. Replace signage and guide posts.Total cost of proposed project is $191,270
Mail Bridge Road, Kingston SE - 095834-17SA-RTR
Large sand holes, blowouts due to lack of rubble, shape loss, road is delaminating.Full resheet with 200mm rubbleTotal cost of proposed project is $136,115
