Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Sealing a gravel road that is used heavily by trucks to reduce dust and improve safetyit is proposed to reconstruct Brunker Street and seal the road.
Four Corners Road, Coleambally (Rural Road) - 095846-17NSW-RTR
Seal surface is deteriorating to end of life, needs to be rectified to ensure safe usage for public.Reseal 4.2km section with 7mm aggregate and bitumen (4.2km x 6m)
Six Mile Lane, Jerilderie (Rural Road) - 095849-17NSW-RTR
Existing pavement requires resheeting with an all weather road construction material.Resheeting with gravel/road base material mix to a depth of approx. 100mm, grade to shape, roll and compact.
Park Terrace, Quorn - 095912-17SA-RTR
Unsealed road shoulder which is dusty and susceptible to washouts due to sealing on Williams Road and Francis Street.Kerb and water table and seal 100m of shoulder to north side of Park Terrace, Quorn between Williams Road and Francis StreetTotal cost of proposed project is $25,500

Heavy damaged surface and hazardous during harvest season also for School buses.Reconstruction and sealing with 200mm thick gravel in various spots with width of 2m.Total cost of proposed project is $883,704
Williams Road, MEVILLE, WA - 095918-17WA-RTR
Road beginning to fail in various sections. Road surface is old and rough and needs resurfacing.Rehabilitation of select number of locations along the road that are currently failing. The works are to be undertaken as part of a more general upgrade that will include a complete resurfacing of the road, kerb replacement were required and pram ramp upgrades.Total cost of proposed project is $339,600
Neesham Street, BOORAGOON, WA - 095919-17WA-RTR
Sections of road beginning to fail. Road surface is old and rough and needs resurfacing.Partial pavement and surface Rehabilitation. The works will form part of a more general upgrade which includes resurfacing, kerb replacement and pram ramp upgrade.Total cost of proposed project is $170,000
Caledonia Street, Moolap - 095917-17VIC-RTR
Unsealed road is very rough and in need of additional road pavement materialTo add 150 millimetres layer of new gravel material and regrade to improve current standard. Proposed length of work is an approximate distance of 0.45 kilometres
