Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Anjou Circuit, Cecil Hills - 099434-18NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has reached the end of the serviceable life and is demonstrating signs of extensive cracking, rutting and failures.Milled and filled existing road pavement with 100mm asphalt concrete for full length of Anjou Circuit Road between Clementina Circuit and Toulouse Street, Cecil Hills.
Wonga Road, Lurnea - 099431-18NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has reached the end of the serviceable life and is demonstrating signs of extensive cracking, rutting and failures.Reconstruction of existing road pavement with 125mm full depth asphalt concrete for full length of Wonga Road between Webster Road and Reilly St, Lurnea including reconstruction of deteriorated sections of kerb and gutter and line marking works.
Bigge Street, Liverpool - 099432-18NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has reached the end of the serviceable life and is demonstrating signs of extensive cracking, rutting and failures.Reconstruction of existing road pavement with 150mm full depth asphalt concrete for full length of Bigge Street between Elizabeth Street and Campbell Street, Liverpool including reconstruction of deteriorated sections of kerb and gutter and line marking works.
Lancaster Avenue - 099435-18NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has reached the end of the serviceable life and is demonstrating signs of extensive cracking, rutting and failures.Reconstruction of existing road pavement with 125mm full depth asphalt concrete for full length of Lanscaster Avenue between Albemarle Place and Mortimer Close, Cecil Hills including reconstruction of deteriorated sections of kerb and gutter and line marking works.
Kwolyin West Road, Kwolyin, Western Australia - 099430-18WA-RTR
Narrow Seal of 4m, severe potholing, poor drainage and overhanging trees.Reconstruct Kwolyin West Rd (total length = 1800 Lm) - Clearing of overhanging vegetation, upgrade drainage, overlaying existing sealed pavement with a 100 thk compacted gravel pavement layer, wetmixing with recycling machine and apply an 8.0m wide 2 coat (14 & 10mm) primerseal.Total cost of proposed project is $267,658
Sommers Bay Road Murdunna - 099260-18TAS-RTR
This section of Sommers Bay Road needs to be re-constructed. It is proposed to seal the existing gravel road and upgrade the surface to improve safety for road users.The conversion of Sommers Bay Road from gravel road to sealed road with start 2.5 kilometres from the Arthur Highway junction and proceed for 720 metres in a westerly direction towards Chronical Point Road. At the completion of this project, the entire length of Sommers Bay Road will be sealed road.Total cost of proposed project is $230,000
Raglan Street, Sale - 099437-18VIC-RTR
Alignment of current intersection is unsafe for both road users and pedestrians. Existing seal is worn beyond end of life use.Works to include the realignment of the intersection with the use of traffic islands, pedestrian refuges and linemarking. Works to also include resealing of street with 40mm asphalt overlay.Total cost of proposed project is $156,968
Powerscourt Street, Maffra - 099436-18VIC-RTR
Existing width of road promotes speeding through intersections and creates hazards to pedestrians crossing along the street.Works to include the construction kerb outstands and pedestrian refuge to reduce the width of the road to slow road users down through intersections and promote pedestrian safety. Works will also include additional drainage works.
Yalata Roadhouse Road (Rural Road) - 099412-18SA-RTR
General Maintenance and seasonal upkeep of an unsealed road with high use of local and Council traffic.Initial Patrol Grade of the road, including cleaning out of road drains and a windrow 1 metre from power poles. A subsequent seasonal follow up Patrol Grade of the road.Total cost of proposed project is $17,118
Sapphire Road (Rural Road) - 052641-14NSW-RTR
Lack of gravel, surface rutting, poor shape and inadequate drainage.It is proposed to rectify the problems with this section of road by installing additional mitre drains and cleaning the existing drains. The road will then be tyned and re-shaped. Following this new gravel will be imported, spread and compacted. The road will then be trimmed to its final shape.
