Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Toormina Road, Toormina ,Coffs Harbour - 100291-18NSW-RTR
This section of Toormina Road is heavily block cracked creating a rough and potentially unsafe travelling surface.It is proposed to box out the base course of this section of road to eliminate the block cracking and to place a new asphaltic wearing surface.Total cost of proposed project is $254,934
MacLeod Street Bairnsdale - 052701-14VIC-RTR
Failing Seal- Seal is aged oxidising and crackingRehabilitation, Asphalt Regulation, edge Repairs and crack sealing will be under taken as preparation works prior to the commencement of sealing work, reinstatement of line marking
MacDougal Street Corindi - 100290-18NSW-RTR
MacDougal Street has non standard road width towards the intersection of Coral Street. This width in combination with recent land developement has created traffic safety issues at this location.To reconstuct MacDougal Street between Coral Street and Jabiru Way to the same consistent standard width as the rest of the street. This entails placement of kerb and gutter as wel as pavement widening.Total cost of proposed project is $285,122
Waterloo Street Woolgoolga - 100289-18NSW-RTR
The pavement has reached the end of its effective life and is extensively potholed. Further, there is no kerb and gutter in this road section which contributes to runoff from the road into adjacent properties on the southern side.Reconstruction of Waterloo Street entailing the placement of new drainage and kerb and gutter, and the upgrade of the pavement and seal.Total cost of proposed project is $630,000
Northwood Drive - 100300-18VIC-RTR
Minor surface cracking and weathering. Broken sections of kerb and channel and isolated surface delamination.Profile entire width of road, repair broken kerb and channel and resurface entire road with asphalt.
Wewak Parade - 100296-18VIC-RTR
Extensive surface cracking, pavement undulations and broken and misaligned kerb and channel which has created water ponding at various sections of the road.Profile road surface and repair failures as required. Reinstate broken and misaligned kerb and channel to eliminate water ponding. Reseal road surface with asphalt.
Montgomery Street - 100298-18VIC-RTR
Surface cracking and weathering, isolated potholes and pavement undulations at intersections.surface profiling and repair of failures were required. Road resealing with asphalt
Alamain Road, Heidelberg West - 100295-18VIC-RTR
Minor surface cracking along the road surface and sections of kerb and channel are broken or miss aligned.Profile road surface and repair failures were required. Reinstate broken or misaligned kerb and channel and resurface road with asphalt.
Weir Road (Rural Road) - 100305-18QLD-RTR
Deterioration of existing sealRe-seal of surface
Faull Street, Charters Towers - 100293-18QLD-RTR
The seal has deteriorated over the whole section.It is proposed to reseal the roadway with a bitumen overlay.
