Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Byrnes Road (Rural Road) - 122283-22NSW-RTR
The existing Culvert is experiencing excessive settlements and is unable to accommodate the flow effectively. The Planned Project aims to enhance driving conditions and resolve drainage problems.The project involves various aspects such as implementing traffic control measures, constructing a temporary detour road, removing the current culvert, and replacing it with three box culverts measuring 3000 x 750 mm each. Additionally, it includes ensuring the new pavement matches the existing pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $431,414
The Esplanade, Mosman - 122284-22NSW-RTR
Bitumen Road surface requires renewal. Pot holes and corocodile cracking are developing throughout and requires resheeting as well as heavy patching in some areas.Mill and resheet road segment. Correct pavement shape and remove soft spots in the base. Lay new 50mm AC10. Where heavy patching required - deep lift to a depth of 120mm and lay two layers of AC14 and one layer of AC10.Total cost of proposed project is $161,327
Bantry Bay Road, Frenchs Forest - 122285-22NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patchesRepair the pavement and reseal.Total cost of proposed project is $194,318
Cedar Street, Forrest Beach - 122206-22QLD-RTR
Cedar Street is a candidate in Hinchinbrook Shire Councils Urban Drainage renewal program. Candidates nominated in this program are based on pipe separation problem areas known to Council Officers.This project looks to renew drainage infrastructure within the urban drainage network. Works include the relining of the RCP on Cedar Street.
Von Aplin Street, Ingham - 122204-22QLD-RTR
Von Aplin Street is a candidate in Hinchinbrook Shire Councils Urban Drainage renewal program. Candidates nominated in this program are based on pipe separation problem areas known to Council Officers.This project looks to renew drainage infrastructure within the urban drainage network. Works included the relining RCP within Rotaract Park Ingham.
Scott Street, Halfix - 121988-22QLD-RTR
Scott Street Halifax is a candidate in Hinchinbrook Shire Councils Urban Drainage renewal program. Candidates nominated in this program are based on pipe separation problem areas known to Council Officers.This project looks to renew drainage infrastructure within the urban drainage network. Works include but are not limited to; Pipe patching; and Pipe relining.
Windellama Road (rural road) - 122250-22NSW-RTR
The existing formation of the road is too narrow to accommodate the required 8m sealed road width. Additional to the narrow width the existing pavement is showing signs of rutting and shoving leading to safety concerns for motorists.Reconstruct the existing formation complete with improved table drains to achieve a 9m formation complete with a 200mm gravel overlay and bitumen seal. Works will include guard rail on sub standard bends with a steep batters, minor curve realignment near McGaws roads and stormwater culvert upgradesTotal cost of proposed project is $4,159,500
Wilkur Watchupga Road - 052787-14VIC-RTR
Cracked and degraded road seal surface.Resealing 0.470km length 3.8 width road.
Steamer Avenue, South Hedland - 121672-22WA-RTR
Extensive cracking and potholes, road due for reseal to protect the underlying pavement.Supply, delivery, and construction/laying of asphalt.Total cost of proposed project is $121,721
Daylesford Close, South Hedland - 121671-22WA-RTR
Extensive cracking and potholes, road due for reseal to protect the underlying pavement.Supply, delivery, and construction/laying of asphalt.Total cost of proposed project is $126,921
