Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Yorkrakine Rd (rural road) - 123506-23WA-RTR
Currently the existing seal is showing sign of ageing and deterioration. A one coat seal was applied many years ago but the second coat was never installed.Application of a second coat of bitumen seal and 10mm aggregates to strengthen the existing seal on an area of approximately 29,600 square meters.
Stoney Point Road (Rural Road) - 123449-23NSW-RTR
Asset Management and Road Safety are the two main contributing factors for the inclusion of this road in the R2R program. The existing pavement is in poor condition and quite narrow with large drop offs and edge breaks. The narror profile, and curves on this section of road makes it unsafe for passing vehicles or overtaking, it also takes considerable maintenance effort to keep in a trafficable state.Works will include a combination of shoulder widening works and gravel overlay with insitu mixing with a proposed increase in width to minimum 7m seal width. the works will be completed in a 2 coat bitumen seal.
Boundary Road (Rural Road) - 123448-23NSW-RTR
Asset Management and Road Safety are the two main contributing factors for the inclusion of this road in the R2R program. The existing pavement is in poor condition and quite narrow with large drop offs. This makes it unsafe for passing vehicles or overtaking, it also creates a continuous need for edge repairs and shoulder drop offs.Works will include a gravel overlay and insitu mixing with proposed increase to 5.5m in width. The works will be completed with a 2 coat Bitumen Seal
Upper Grant Street, Smithton - 123504-23TAS-RTR
Seal has worn away significantly which has caused pavement degradation. Road leads to the community's only aged care facility.Pavement repair, reseal, repair and upgrade footpath and kerb and channel.
Coglin Street, Brompton - 123508-23SA-RTR
Pavement badly deteriorated and sections are failing under traffic loads. Kerb and Gutter and path in poor condition and require reconstruction.Reconstruct road pavement, seal, kerb & gutter and drainage works.Total cost of proposed project is $650,000
Albemarle Street, West Hindmarsh - 123507-23SA-RTR
Pavement badly deteriorated and sections are failing under traffic loads. Kerb and Gutter and path in poor condition and require reconstruction.Reconstruct road pavement, seal, kerb & gutter and drainage works.Total cost of proposed project is $1,300,000
Multiple Locations - Hurley Street (Resealing)
The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as depression, cracking and general roughness.The entire section of road pavement will be spray sealed and appropriate sized stones applied as per Councils maintenance protocols.
Miners Pass Road Cue WA 6640 - 122968-23WA-RTR
Road surface is damaged due to rain, potholes, uneven surfaces and deformation.Road corrections to uneven surfaces and potholes, surface repairs to floodways and reseal road where necessary.
Brentham Street, Leederville - 122281-22WA-RTR
Extensive Cracking and age deterioration of existing asphalt and kerbing.Kerbing, profiling and Asphalt
Raglan Road, Mount Lawley - 122282-22WA-RTR
Extensive cracking and age deterioration of existing asphalt and kerbing.Kerbing, Profiling and Asphalt works.Total cost of proposed project is $140,730
