Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Sewell Street, Kellerberrin - 124205-23WA-RTR
Severe Pot Holing, cracking of sealing, drainage issues and disabled parking access.Remove kerbing seal and part of footpath, profile road on Western side to have new 200mm concrete pavement slab constructed for car parking including disabled bay and fix drainage issues. Remaining section of road to be asphalted with new concrete footpaths on either side.
Connelly Street, Kellerberrin - 124206-23WA-RTR
Road is very rough with humps from street trees and pot holes throughout the section. No footpathsRemove street trees that have caused humps in the road and trees under power lines. Box out sub base and cart in new material, wet mix and seal with two coat bitumen. Construct new footpath on North side of Connelly Street incorporating kerbing for drainage and kerbing on south side.

Gravel shoulder is weathered due to rain, wind and heavy traffic. Sealed edge breaking and shoulder drop-off are to be addressed.Reshaping the shoulder both sides and topping them with 75 mm compacted thickness of gravel to provide a smooth riding shoulder surface and improved drainage. Length 1290 metres x 2 metres wide (both sides).
Fifth Avenue, Rossmoyne WA - 124207-23WA-RTR
Existing road pavement - Asphalt deteriorate and cracking. This pavement is in need of renewal.Profiling and resurfacing for 30mm AC10/50Total cost of proposed project is $129,048
Noongar North Rd, Bodallin - 124160-23WA-RTR
The existing road surface is made up principally of loose sand and clay-based material that is slippery when wet.To rectify this problem, it is proposed to carry out a Gravel Sheeting program on this road. This work involves importing of gravel from designated gravel pits and improving the road surface drainage to provide an all-weather road. Project length 6,520 metres, Project width 9 metres.
Bodallin South Road, Bodallin - 124184-23WA-RTR

Marvel Loch Rd, Frog Rock - 124163-23WA-RTR
Bitumen re-sealing works are required on the existing Bitumen Surface of Frog Rock - Marvel Loch Road. This work is required as a second coat bitumen seal overlay on existing bitumen seal.10mm bitumen resealing on existing bitumen seal.
