Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Mannings Road (rural road) - 123521-23NSW-RTR
Poor conditions of road due to loss of gravel making the road unsafe.Gravel resheet 100mm thick at 6.0m wide
Old Ferry Road (Rural Road) - 052952-14NSW-RTR
This is the final 600 metres of unsealed road on an otherwise sealed road network. This work will finalise the sealing of this road.The proposed work will seal 600 metres of road 4 metres wide with a 7 metre wide formation. This will include applying gravel up to 200 mm thick and sealing.
Old Thelangerin Road, Hay - 124531-23NSW-RTR
Stormwater drainage. Over time, culverts can deteriorate due to aging, corrosion, or damage from heavy traffic, leading to structural instability that jeopardizes their functionalilty. Culverts can fail if erosion or score undermines their foundations, making them unstable and prone to colapse. Replacing a failed culvert is essentila to ensure the continued safe and efficient conveyance of water and to prevent further damage to the surrounding environment.Replacement of 13 failed culverts on Old Thelangerin Road at the following chainage from Lindsay Street, Hay: 8.3, 9.4, 10.2, 11.0, 11.9, 21.8, 24.0, 46.0, 46.4, 47.3, 47.8, 48.3, 49.8 to Corrong Road. All works are within Hay LGA.
Booligal Gunbar Road, Hay - 124532-23NSW-RTR

All works are within the Hay LGA.
Mooculta Street Lane, Bourke - 124829-23NSW-RTR
The lane has only a gravel surface. It is used by Heavy vehicles to access the diesel fuel pumps at the BP Service Station on Mooculta Street (MItchell HIghway). The airborn dust raised causes environmental/health issuess for the adjoining residents.Clear and level existing pavement area, provide additional pavement material, scarify, mix and compact. Seal prepared pavement surface, Reinstate services as necessary.
Mitchell Street Lane, Bourke - 124828-23NSW-RTR
Bitumen seal has mostly disappeared. These lanes provide access to shops for suppliers who experience a very rough ride, which is also dusty in summer and boggy in the wet. Consequently there are frequent complaints about the level of service provided.Clear and level existing pavement area, provide additional pavement material, scarify, mix and compact. Seal prepared pavement surface, Reinstate services as necessary.
Orams Road (rural road) - 123522-23NSW-RTR
Poor condition of gravel due to loss of gravel making the road unsafe.Gravel resheet 100mm thick at 6.0m wide.
Punchbowl Road Julia Creek - 124434-23QLD-RTR
When the road has had 15 millimetres of rain it is unable to be used due to the road being mostly black soil with some gravel. The proposed works will allow cattle transport and station owners to have further access to the road during the wet season. As well as improving access and safer travel between the townships of Julia Creek and McKinlay. This will also reduce the maintenance costs for Council.Preparation light formation works followed by gravel re sheeting and sealing. Formation 6m Seal 5m.Total cost of proposed project is $400,484
Condamine River Road (Rural Road) - 124860-23QLD-RTR
Gravel bed level crossing frequently being washed away and requiring replacement, dangerous for drivers to traverse when water visibility is lowConstruction of a concrete bed level crossingTotal cost of proposed project is $1,917,875
Keajura Road Rural Road, Wagga - 124855-23NSW-RTR
This section of the road is a gravel road which will be sealed completing the sealing of the entire road.7 Metre wide payment for 2.7KmTotal cost of proposed project is $1,805,353
