Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst - 127613-24NSW-RTR
This section of the road has been identified for renewal from the inspections and condition assessment. Surface cracks have started to open up and will require resurfacing before pavement is undermined due to water penetration.Road resurfacing - Milling of existing wearing course and fill with 50 mm AC14.

This section of the road has been identified for renewal from the inspections and condition assessment. Stokes Road, Morawa - 128399-24WA-RTR
Currently stormwater flows along Winfield Street under Wubin Mullewa Road onto Stokes Road. The size of the drainage pipes are not large enough to ensure all water is moving through the drain and is accumulating along the road in the commercial precinct.Upgrade the stormwater drainage system, create a under road bypass to direct water to larger channels that will improve the movement of water under Wubin-Mullewa Road and down Stokes Road and to stop water backing up and flooding the commercial precinct areas on Winfield Street.
Koorda-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 128827-24WA-RTR
To strengthen existing primer-seal for heavy haulage.Apply one coat of chip and seal to existing surface.Total cost of proposed project is $95,804
Koorda-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 128828-24WA-RTR
Existing seal is too narrow for heavy haulage and severe block cracking and potholing.Full reconstruction to address block cracking and potholing in various section. To widen seal from 6.2 m 8.0 m.Total cost of proposed project is $210,130
Loch Wonthaggi Road, Ryanston VIC 3992 - 053357-14VIC-RTR
Road pavement has a series of failures and the sealed surface requires renewal.Stabilise existing pavement approximately 10,000 square metres in total, primer seal with a 10mm aggregate, apply a full reseal Baum Road and Koestveldt Road 4.3 kilometres and to permit a full reseal over balance to Grantville Glen Alvie Road 2.8 kilometres in 2015/16. This project is being conducted in conjunction with a Nation Building Blackspot project that is providing addition sealed width and delineation between Koestveldt Road and Grantville Glen Alvie Road.
Cadoux-Koorda Road (Rural Road) - 128823-24WA-RTR
Potholing, block cracking and undulation.Full reconstruction to address block cracking and deterioration and to widen seal from 6.2 m to 8.0 m.Total cost of proposed project is $158,850
Koorda-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 128824-24WA-RTR
Existing seal is too narrow for heavy haulage and seal is shoving/sinking on salt area.Cement stabilise and new seal to 8.0 m. Other source funding for project is Financial Assistance Grants (Roads Allocation).Total cost of proposed project is $349,028
Koorda-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 128826-24WA-RTR
Existing seal is too narrow for heavy haulage and severe block cracking.Full reconstruction to address block cracking and potholing. To widen seal from 3.6 m to 8.0 m. Other source funding for project is Financial Assistance Grants (Roads Allocation) and State Main Road Direct Grant Allocation.Total cost of proposed project is $270,274
Scott Street, Kellerberrin - 128810-24WA-RTR
Correct drainage alignment, potholes throughout road and bitumen blow outs from pooling water.Profile road to 300-400 mm deep, remove kerbing, import gravel, wet mix and spray two coat primer seal with new road levels to have water moved to side drains. New kerbing and new footpath to the Eastern side of Scott Street. Other funding is provided by the Shire of Kellerberrin.Total cost of proposed project is $186,481
