Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Villadale Road, Richmond - 129305-24QLD-RTR
Villadale services numerous cattle properties and a local quarry. By starting to seal this road Council will have access to this quarry during the wet season.Continuation of sealing works on the Villadale Road to provide all weather access. Council to fund the other half of the project.Total cost of proposed project is $200,000
Coalbrook Road, Richmond - 129304-24QLD-RTR
This road services both numerous cattle properties and is a top tier road for Council due to the high vehicle volume.To upgrade the gravel road to a sealed surface. Total coverage is 5.06 km. Council to fund the other half of the project.Total cost of proposed project is $500,000
Maxwelton Frontage Road, Maxwelton - 129303-24QLD-RTR
Continuation of seal heading north of Maxwelton to provide better all weather access for the cattle industry and as an alternative access road to the Croydon Road during the wet season.Continuation of seal on the Maxwelton Frontage Road. Total coverage is 5.351 km of new seal. Council to fund the other half of the project.Total cost of proposed project is $800,000
Boomley Road (Rural Road) - 129389-24NSW-RTR
The condition of the road surface has deteriorated due to a lack of road base material.Gravel re-sheeting.
Marma Box Creek Road (Rural Road) - 129402-24NSW-RTR
The road is currently unsealed and needs to be closed during wet weather.The project will involve sealing a 3.9 km section of Marma Box Creek Road with 9 m wide pavement and 7 m wide seal.
Mount Kilcoy Rd, Mount Kilcoy - 129346-24QLD-RTR
Existing bitumen surface has deteriorated and requires resealing to improve safety and prevent deterioration of pavement beneath.2 coat crumbed, rubber bitumen seal.
Fairbanks Street, Ballidu - 053446-14WA-RTR
This section of road sub-base has been compromised by tree roots which have lifted the road surface to an unsafe condition.Remove tree roots, repair sub-base and apply re-seal.
Serafini Drive, Sandy Creek - 129352-24QLD-RTR
Existing bitumen surface has deteriorated and requires resealing to improve safety and prevent deterioration of pavement beneath.2 coat crumbed, rubber bitumen seal.
McCauleys Lane, Mount Kilcoy - 129347-24QLD-RTR
Existing bitumen surface has deteriorated and requires resealing to improve safety and prevent deterioration of pavement beneath.2 coat crumbed, rubber bitumen seal.
Traves Road, Sandy Creek - 129348-24QLD-RTR
