Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Caron Road (Rural Road) - 131626-24WA-RTR
Culverts in excess of 60 years of age are failing and require urgent replacement with new culverts through the creek. Remove old hand built culverts, install new 150 mm thick concrete floor and install 5 rows of 900 mm X 1200 mm. Adding appropriate concrete headwalls.
Willowra-Stuart Hwy Road, (Rural Road) - 131611-24NT-RTR
The exiting road surface is below the ground level and severely degraded which gets corrugated and damaged frequently. The existing drainage system is not functioning well. This results lower level of service to community. Also, it goes under water during the rainy season making it impassable. Based on these factors, this road needs to be raised and gravel sheeted and the drainage needs to be upgraded.It is proposed to lift the road providing subgrade, sub-base and to provide gravel base. Also, it is proposed to upgrade the drainage system. This project is planned to be delivered partnering with funding approved under Safer local road infrastructure program. Together with the funding allocation under Roads to Recovery for 25/26 FY which is $489,403 , and the total budget is $2.4 million. This arrangement will avoid separate mobilization costs improving value for money and benefit to the community.Total cost of proposed project is $2,408,072
Burrendong Way, Orange NSW - 053704-14NSW-RTR
The road has a narrow rough pavement with poor ride quality.Culvert extensions, Road widening and rehabilitationTotal cost of proposed project is $900,000
Barton Street, Myrtleford - 131612-24VIC-RTR
The bituminous surface requires renewal as part of Council's ongoing reseals program.Resealing of existing sealed surface.
Sunnyside Crescent, Kianga - 131629-24NSW-RTR
Poor pavement condition and insufficient drainage.Subsoil drainage installation and stabilise existing pavement to 250 mm. Council to supplement additional cost.Total cost of proposed project is $112,669
Brackendale & Tops Rds (Rural Road) - 131630-24NSW-RTR
These are gravel roads that have sustained major damage with recent wet weather events and are currently dangerous to road users due to scoured out base, slippery surfaces and surface material loss.A gravel resheeting program will address the safety issues along these 2 roads. The additional funding will be coming from AGRN1198 & 1212 Disaster funding (Aust Gov).Total cost of proposed project is $900,000
Spring Rd (Rural Rd) - 131631-24NSW-RTR
Gravel road at intervention level to re-sheet, wearing surface worn down to local traffic and heavy vehicles. Re-sheet wearing surface to provide all weather access.
Halls Road, Myrtleford - 131613-24VIC-RTR
Sections of existing kerb, road pavement and the bituminous surface requires renewal to ensure effective drainage, safety and integrity of the road.Replacement of sections of concrete kerb and channel, rehabilitation of sections of the existing road pavement and resealing of the existing sealed surface.
Mathews Street, Myrtleford - 131614-24VIC-RTR
The bituminous surface requires renewal as part of Council's ongoing reseals program.Resealing of existing sealed surface.
Myrtleford-Stanley Road, Mudgegonga - 131615-24VIC-RTR
Sections of existing road pavement and the bituminous surface requires renewal to ensure the safety and integrity of the road.Rehabilitation of sections of existing road pavement and resealing of existing sealed surface.Total cost of proposed project is $258,000
