Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Alexander Street, Dundas Valley - 131331-24NSW-RTR
The existing road surface is affected by various types of cracks and pavement failures indicating structural deficiencies of road pavement. The existing pavement has been patched in the past at several locations. The proposed work will include strengthening of existing pavement at trafficable areas and resurfacing of the road with asphalt. Length = 165 m; Width = 11.6 m; Area = 1947 m2.
Yandanooka Melara Road (Rural Road), - 053663-14WA-RTR
The existing road has a very poor road base and little material on the road to gradeGravel sheet the 3.00 kilometre section including widening of various sections, drainage improvements and drainage maintenanceTotal cost of proposed project is $85,752
Brigg Road, Epping - 131332-24NSW-RTR
The existing road surface is affected by various pavement defects and failures. It is old and prone to development of potholes and cracks. The proposed work will include repair of pavement failures by heavy patching and resurfacing of the road with asphalt. Length = 260 m; Width = 10 m; Area = 2600 m2.
Bulli Road, Toongabbie - 131334-24NSW-RTR
The existing road surface is affected by potholes, old pavement patches and structural failures, which makes it rough. The existing surface is old and brittle and prone to potholes and other pavement defects. The proposed work includes reconstruction of existing pavement in trafficable lanes with asphalt and road resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 310 m; Width = 10.2 m; Area = 3162 m2
Bungaree Road, Toongabbie - 131335-24NSW-RTR
The existing road surface is affected by numerous pavement failures, cracks and old pavement patches, which makes it rough. These defects indicate weak road pavement and structural deficiencies. The proposed work includes strengthening of existing pavement in trafficable lanes with asphalt and road resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 260 m; Width = 11.8 m; Area = 3068 m2
Greens Avenue, Oatlands - 131336-24NSW-RTR
The existing road surface is affected by various pavement defects, cracks and failures. It is old and prone to development of potholes and cracks. The proposed work includes repair of failed pavement areas by patching and road resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 320 m; Width = 9 m; Area = 2880 m2
Mobbs Lane, Carlingford - 131337-24NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is affected by isolated pavement failures, cracks and distortions of the road surface. The pavement area has been patched in the past at multiple locations. The existing road surface is rough causing low riding quality. The proposed work includes repair of isolated pavement failures by heavy patching and resurfacing of the road with hot mix asphalt. Length = 245 m; Width = 10.2 m; Area = 2499 m2.
Yukon Close, Greenfields - 130843-24WA-RTR
Yukon Close is in poor condition with widespread cracking, minor depressions in the cul-de-sac area and a variability of surfaces.Asphalt overlay for the full length of Yukon Close (approx 770 m2) including 200 m2 of heavy patching, 50 m of new mountable kerb and 1 pram ramp.Total cost of proposed project is $83,800
North Rocks Road, North Rocks - 131338-24NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is affected by isolated pavement failures and cracks. It is old and prone to development of various surface defects. The proposed work includes repair of isolated pavement failures by heavy patching and resurfacing of the road with hot mix asphalt. Length = 400 m; Width = 12 m; Area = 4800 m2.
Stubbs Street, Silverwater - 131339-24NSW-RTR
The existing surface is affected by various types of cracks, especially at approach to roundabout, and pavement deformations. It exhibits signs of structural deficiencies for traffic of heavy vehicles in this industrial area. The proposed treatment will include strengthening of trafficable areas by reconstruction with asphalt and full road resurfacing. Length = 205 m; Width = 11.4 m; Area = 2337 m2.
