Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza - 053534-14VIC-RTR
Mount Eliza Way is an urban local arterial and primary entrance to the Mount Eliza Village. The section of the road within the work location is of low standard, with no kerb and channel or underground stormwater drainage and is considerably narrower than the rest of the road. The road is a popular bicycle route and provides access to several businesses.The road will be reconstructed to provide bicycle lanes and turning lanes as well as formalising draiange with and kerb & channel and underground pipes.Total cost of proposed project is $1,846,629

Colac Colac Caravan Park Internal Road, colac - 136950-25VIC-RTR
Because of current condition of the road, road stabilisation works are required for the Colac Colac Caravan Park internal road system. These stabilisation works are required to be undertaken prior to reseal works being undertaken in the near future.
Attunga Forest Road (Rural Road) - 136969-25NSW-RTR
Gravel resheeting project to extend the life of the road and reduce ongoing maintenance by replacing lost gravel, spreading and shaping the gravel to restore the correct road profile (crown and crossfall) and compaction to create a stable, durable surface. Reflect Reference: RC00238
Lees Road, (Rural Road) - 136970-25NSW-RTR

Carnarvon - Mullewa Road (Rural Road) - 136968-25WA-RTR
The subgrade has worn to the point that the road has lost its formation and has exposed rocks and natural ground. This presents a safety issue to drivers, and the road has become quite rough to drive on. Re-sheet the sections with good quality gravel to 200 mm, water bind and reform road to nine metre running surface
Carnarvon - Mullewa Road (Rural Road) - 136967-25WA-RTR
Bitumen seal has minor chipping, cracking and flushing. Reseal sections with 14 mm aggregate bitumen seal.
