Yuendumu - Nyirripi Road, (Rural Road) - 131745-24NT-RTR
The exiting road surface is below the ground level and severely degraded which gets corrugated and damaged frequently. The existing drainage system is not functioning well. This results lower level of service to community. Also, it goes under water during the rainy season making it impassable and isolating Nyirripi community. Based on these factors, this road needs to be raised and gravel sheeted and the drainage needs to be upgraded. It is proposed to lift the road providing subgrade, sub-base and to provide gravel base. Also, it is proposed to upgrade the drainage system. This project is planned to be delivered partnering with funding applying under Safer local road infrastructure program (SLRIP). Together with the funding allocation under Roads to Recovery for 26/27 FY which is $759,609, the total budget is $3.7 million. This arrangement will avoid separate mobilisation costs, improving value for money and delivering greater benefit to the community. Once approved, this work schedule will be submitted with SLRIP application.Total cost of proposed project is $3,713,980
Kinjurra Road, Ali Curung - 131746-24NT-RTR
The existing sealed road has severe surface cracks, edge breaks, potholes. Most of the road sections are heavily worn down and become unsafe during the rainy season. Therefore, this results lower level of service to community and there is a higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade due to water penetration. Given the circumstances, it's proposed to improve the internal roads in Ali Curung community by resealing. It is proposed to upgrade the roads by undertaking base reconstruction where required, carrying out surface preparation, and resealing with aggregate and polymer-modified binder. The project is planned to be delivered in partnership with the Safer Local Roads Infrastructure Program. A total of $270,000 from the Roads to Recovery funding allocation will be committed, alongside the applied funding from the Safer Local Roads Infrastructure Program, bringing the total project value to $1.35 million. This collaborative approach ensures best value for money and delivers significant benefits to the community.Total cost of proposed project is $1,350,000
Hollows Circuit, Tarneit - 131747-24VIC-RTR
• The road pavement has exceeded its design life and begun to show signs of failure, that are beyond the scope of preventive maintenance. • The existing kerb and channel has been subjected to environmental movement and is holding water in a number of locations. • Investigations have also highlighted locations of failed sections of underground drainage that requires reconstruction and remediation. • Reconstruction of the road pavement • Reconstruction of the kerb and channel on both sides of the road • Reconstruction of vehicle crossings • Reconstruction footpaths • Reconstruction of on street parking bays • Reconstruction of nature strips • Various methods of drainage remediation The balance of the funding for this project is being sourced form Council Cash, from the 2025/26 Road Reconstruction Program, which has been incorporated into Council’s Annual Plan and Budget for 2025/26 as approved and adopted by Council on 24th June 2025.

Swaine Avenue, Rose Park - 053723-14SA-RTR
The existing precast kerb has lifted at trees, ponds at some trees, and is generally displaced. The road surface is showing distinct signs of reaching the end of its useful life.To remove the precast kerb and relocate to better accomodate the trees and eliminate the ponding. The surface will be overlaid in hotmix asphalt concrete next financial year.Total cost of proposed project is $343,095
Blythe Street, Wauchope - 131749-24NSW-RTR
The pavement surface is worn and vulnerable to moisture and traffic damage. Sealing and rack coating are needed to restore protection and ensure long-term performance.Seal with a 10mm S45R followed by a 7mm rack coat. Inspect the surface before and after application to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
Tuppenny Road, Port Macquarie - 131750-24NSW-RTR
The pavement requires resurfacing due to surface wear and layout inefficiencies. An asphalt overlay and reseal are planned, with improvements deferred to 2025/26.Apply a 45 mm AC10 thin asphalt concrete overlay. Review parking and line marking layout and add a 10 mm S45R reseal.
St Kitts Way, Bonny Hills - 131751-24NSW-RTR
The existing thin asphalt layer is deteriorating and unsuitable for milling. A surface treatment is needed to restore condition without compromising underlying gravel layers.Apply microsurfacing or slurry seal, avoiding milling into gravel. The existing asphalt concrete (AC) is a maximum of 40 mm thick. Apply a 10 mm S45R seal followed by a 7 mm rack coat.
Sancrox Road, Sancrox - 131765-24NSW-RTR
The 75 mm DGS20 overlay and 200 mm depth strengthen the pavement, fix structural failures, and improve surface condition. Geotech assessment ensures suitability and long-term performance.Apply a nominal 75 mm DGS20 overlay, 200 mm deep, including pavement surfacing and line marking. PMHC Ops to engage the Geotechnical team for further assessment.
River Park Road, Port Macquarie - 131766-24NSW-RTR
Deteriorated road pavement and wearing surface due to aged pavement and heavy traffic volumes. Pavement upgrades are required to cater for projected growth and extend asset life. Install a 170 mm deep lift of Asphalt Concrete (AC). PMHC Ops to engage Geotechnical and Pavement Design teams for assessment and design.
