Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Brunswick Street, East Maitland - 135949-25NSW-RTR
Pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing to address widespread defects.
Grey Street, South Brisbane - 135959-25QLD-RTR
Structural expansion joint seals are leaking and reducing the durability of the structure, causing defects to steel and concrete. Work proposed is to repair expansion joint nosings and seals to return durability, safety and function to the structure.
Green Road, Regents Park - 135813-25QLD-RTR
The pavement on Green Road is currently in poor condition and has deteriorated further due to significant growth in surrounding developments and the associated increase in traffic volumes and loading. To maintain acceptable levels of service, safety, and ride quality for road users, rehabilitation works are required to extend the service life of the pavement and ensure its ongoing functionality. The proposed works, which form part of Council’s Pavement Rehabilitation Program, include structural pavement patching and replacement of the wearing course.

Coonan Street, Chelmer and Indooroopilly - 135958-25QLD-RTR
Renewal of Heritage architectural façade. Work proposed is preliminary works to renew and repaint render on north and south towers of the Walter Taylor Bridge.
Johnson Road, Forestdale - 135818-25QLD-RTR
The intersection has experienced a history of crashes, with investigations showing that the existing right-turn movement from Johnson Road into Forestdale Drive contributes to safety issues. The project will improve safety by upgrading the intersection to provide a controlled right-turn movement, along with associated traffic signal and intersection changes, helping to reduce crash risk and make the intersection safer for all road users.
Bumstead Road, Park Ridge - 135816-25QLD-RTR
The pavement on Bumstead Road is currently in poor condition and has deteriorated further due to significant growth in surrounding developments and the associated increase in traffic volumes and loading. Ringwood Road, Darwin - 135955-25NT-RTR
Ringwood Road is the only access road to Ringwood Station that supplies cattle to interstate. The Northern Territory Cattlemen Association has complaints regarding the poor condition of the road. The first 4.7 kilometres are sealed. The remaining unsealed road is deteriorated due to low gravel, inadequate drainage and formation. This project is to gravel resheet targeted sections of the Ringwood Road between 15 and 35 kilometres.
Cambridge Road, Montrose - 136052-25VIC-RTR
Due to a significant increase in vehicle traffic, the road pavement condition has deteriorated with the surface being dilapidated, requiring rehabilitation and minor road drainage and widening works.
Erskine Street, Kempton - 136126-25TAS-RTR
Gravel road surface deterioration. Extension of seal following stabilisation (480m2)
