Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Possum Gully Road (rural road) - 059177-15VIC-RTR
Possum Gully Road is a Rural Access 1 road in a rural residential environment where the existing road consists of 2000 metres length of unsealed road, which is 7 metres wide, is continually deteriorated and very dusty due to poor drainage and poor pavement materials.The existing unsealed road pavement is to be re-profiled and re-sheeted with an unsealed wearing surface treatment, 6 metres wide.
Jericho-Aramac Road (Rural Road) Jericho - 059178-15QLD-RTR
Existing carriageway is an unsealed gravel road prone to damage (scouring) during high rainfall events.Reconstruction of gravel section of road to an 8m standard to a pavement depth of 200mm. Prime and seal the reconstructed pavement to a width of 6m.Total cost of proposed project is $200,000
Mobil Road, Bell Bay - 059179-15TAS-RTR
Mobil Road is approximately 1.1km in length and is a sealed sub arterial road located within the Bell Bay industrial precinct. This road provides access for industrial and heavy haulage vehicles to access local, national and international companies involved in manufacturing, transport and distribution. The existing road pavement height lies below the invert of the kerb and channel, therefore poor drainage has resulted in substantial pavement damage.The proposed works will encompass 330 metres of Mobil Road undertaking a complete reconstruction to rectify the camber and provide improved drainage to the existing kerb and channel.
Temco Road, Bell Bay - 059180-15TAS-RTR
Temco Road is 520m in length and is a sealed sub arterial road located within the Bell Bay industrial precinct. This road carries heavy transport vehicles that traverse between industry and the intermodal rail and port facilities; this continuous wear and tear has resulted in pavement dilapidation.The proposed works will include reconstruction of road shoulders and resealing of the pavement with the aim of improving the overall road condition.
Fleet Street, Donnybrook - 059181-15WA-RTR
Insufficient drainage network in order to cater for expanding residential development. This section of Fleet street has open side road drains. Storm water drainage has been constructed along the rest of Fleet street, leaving this section as a missing link in the drainage network.Construct storm water drainage along both sides of the road with concrete pipes and side entry pits. Connect with the existing drainage network, install kerbing and back fill open drains to improve surface water runoff and safety.
