Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Araluen Road, Moruya - 068019-16NSW-RTR
Seal has reached the end of its serviceable life.Reseal in accordance with established program to improve safety and longevity of underlying pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $45,857
South Head Road Moruya - 068020-16NSW-RTR
Seal has reached the end of its serviceable life.Reseal in accordance with established program to improve safety and longevity of underlying pavement.
Congo Road Congo - 068021-16NSW-RTR
Seal has reached the end of its serviceable life.Reseal in accordance with established program to improve safety and longevity of underlying pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $38,064
Edward Street, Bunbury - 068022-16WA-RTR
Tree roots from the median are undermining the pavement through sections of Edward Street. Undersized and out-dated butt-jointed stormwater and concrete slab path require upgrade.The existing road pavement kerbing, median vegetation and concrete slab footpath require removal. Upgrade works include new road base and asphalt seal, kerbing, concrete infill median, replacement of butt-jointed stormwater pipes with rubber ring pipes, and new in-situ concrete footpath. The project has been brought forward to tie-in with separate developer upgrades at the eastern end of Edward Street and intersection of Edward/Spencer Streets.
Elizabeth Street, Esk - 068024-16QLD-RTR
The existing stormwater system is not effective with no kerb and channel existing. The road surface is poor and requires reconstruction.Install new stormwater pit, Install new Kerb and Channel and reconstruct existing bitumen pavement and resurface.
Bradys Lake Road (rural road) - 068025-16TAS-RTR
The current 2 coat road seal is significantly worn and is starting to wear through and is in need for a reseal.14/7 two coat reseal over entire 2kms.
Flagstaff Hill Road - 068027-16SA-RTR
Existing road surface has reached the end of its physical life and has extensive surface defects. This section of road needs to be resurfaced to provide a good level of service and extend the assets life.At the intersection plane out and replace with asphalt concrete. For the remainder of the road there will be corrective heavy asphalt concrete patching with a S14 surface overlay.
Fenchurch Street, Goolwa - 068028-16SA-RTR
Existing surfaces have reached the end of their physical life and traffic volumes at these intersections have increased requiring a different surface treatmentPlane out and replace existing surface with asphalt concrete
Green Road Wamuran - 068029-16QLD-RTR
Existing road pavement is currently showing significant signs of major rutting age and fatigueThe project scope includes the rehabilitation of the subject section of road over a length of 1188m with average width of 5.0m. The project objective is to renew the pavement to improve road safety and achieve the required level of service.Total cost of proposed project is $455,824
Frome Road, Currency Creek - 068030-16SA-RTR
Due to the impact of heavy vehicle traffic there is significant surface deterioration of the existing spray seal.Reconstruct and widen road. New 300mm pavement and shoulder widening and sealing.
