High traffic loads on Gilmore Road due to the development of the Berrinba Mixed Industry Business Area (MIBA) needs connection to the Trunk Road Network as Gilmore Road is not constructed to carry the expected growth in industrial traffic due to additional economic development to occur within the MIBA.

Construction of a new two lane road between Gilmore and Wembley Roads, a signalised intersection and the associated stormwater drainage.

Total cost of proposed project is $3,500,000
