Project description

The road is used for produce distribution and often is closed due to poor drainage after heavy rain. The work would improve drainage and realign bends to make it safer and reduce the number of complaints about the quality of road.

Sheet the section of Cal Lal Road that is yet to be sheeted. Works would involve widening some sections of the road where required to improve realignment of bends and forming the road with natural material and sheeting with imported road base to a thickness of 200mm loose.

Total cost of proposed project is $286,000
