Project description

Deterioration of soil stabilised road pavement and asphalt seal. The poor condition of the road requires ongoing high cost maintenance to keep it serviceable for vehicles. The street kerb and gutter has reached the end of its serviceable life and is in poor condition. Existing concrete footpaths are aged and damaged by street trees.

Reconstruction of the road pavement and asphalt seal. Reconstruction of the street kerb and gutters. Install underground street drainage. Replacement of concrete footpaths with brick paved footpaths.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,146,000
