Project description

Euston Street is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Euston Street was constructed in 1966 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. In addition, the adjacent kerb & channel and footpath have deteriorated to the extent that they no longer perform their required function to an acceptable level. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced.

Excavation and replacement of the road pavement and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.

Total cost of proposed project is $467,000
