Existing wearing course comprising sprayed bitumen chip seal has reached end of serviceable life

Scarify top 3mm-5mm sealed road pavement surface and supply and lay 40mm average compacted thickness 14mm hot mix asphalt design Reinstate full barrier line marking to delineate splitter islands and install holding lines to identify 'Give Way" control signage for motorists entering roundabout following completion of asphalt overlay to comply with current Main Roads WA guidelines
