The existing road pavement is heavily oxidised with some longitudinal cracking, crocodile cracking and deformation, increasing water ingress into the pavement.  Deep areas of rutting along the kerb line has occurred, with the pavement being temporarily repaired and made safe.  Overturning of the kerb and gutter in the same location is occurring increasing the risk of trip hazards.

Reconstruction of the road pavement including the provision of an asphalt wearing course.
