Project description

The existing pavement and kerb and channel in Belinda Close have significant failures caused by a saturated subgrade. Over time the pavement has failed in large sections over the entire length of the street and kerb has displaced preventing stormwater to flow to the sag point in the cul-de-sac. This has resulted in an unacceptable level of service for the residents of the street.

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the pavement back to an acceptable standard. Works include renewal of pavement and kerb channel, installation of sub soil drainage and asphalt surfacing.

Total cost of proposed project is $237,000
