Project description

The gravel on this section of road is seriously deficient as it has been depleted through hire usage/or lack of maintenance and becoming slippery during the winter period. Tieline Road has been subject of a five year gravel sheeting program and this section is two of a five year program to be gravel sheeted.

Council proposes to prune trees and improve sight distances, clear out any blocked culverts, do minor formation work and gravel sheeting 100mm thick by 10m wide to reinstate this section of road back to its original condition.
