Project description

This section of Greenethorpe-Wirega Road consists of a 5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement has lost gravel nearly to its full depth and showing off the natural surface in many locations. It reduces safety to traffic especially to the heavy vehicles including school buses.

It is intended to resheet the pavement with 50mm thick compacted gravel. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, adding gravel, shaping, compacting and trimming.
