Project description

This intersection is currently priority controlled, causing safety and operational issues for traffic, pedestrians and cyclists. Conflicting right and cross turning movements have been a major safety concern for traffic. Connecting to two principal cycle network links (that function as shared paths), pedestrians and cyclists find this intersection as a major safety concern along these principal routes.

To convert to a signalized intersection with adequate right turning lanes, pedestrian / cycling crossing facilities.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,032,423
