Project description

The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions, potholes. The existing asphalt surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure.

Pavement rehabilitation consisting in-situ stabilisation of the existing pavement and a new asphalt wearing surface using 50mm thick size 14mm dense graded asphalt.
