Project description

Create a bypass road to direct local traffic around the City Centre. This will allow Mandurah Terrace to be principally a tourist route providing access to the foreshore amenities and the City Centre.

Construct a road link between Sutton Street and Mandurah Terrace including the installation of traffic signals at Sutton Street/Peel Street intersection and a roundabout at the intersection of Sutton Street extension and Mandurah Terrace.

Total cost of proposed project is $2,090,494
