Project description

The road segment included in the project scope provides direct access to the Drillham Primary State School. As such this section is a school bus route and used heavily by commuting school children and parents. The existing road is unsealed and makes no allowance for pedestrian traffic, significantly limiting access to the school during wet weather events.

Construction of sealed bitumen pavement to Rural Collector standard of 8m sealed width with an allowance for pedestrian traffic, and an intersection realignment at the intersection of Drillham School Road and Drillham

Total cost of proposed project is $390,000
