Project description

Bailey Street is located in a Commercial and residential section of St. Marys. The existing pavement and surface of the road is estimated to have been constructed in the mid 1970’s. The road has extensive cracking including several section of defective pavement which is failing under load from commercial vehicles. The kerbing is in moderate condition requiring partial replacement in sections. Bailey Street is 260m in length.

It is proposed to renew sections of kerbing prior to replacing the road seal and pavement with a 120mm Asphalt pavement followed with 40mm Asphalt seal.
