Project description

Unsealed road gravel pavement is worn down and becoming rutted, boggy and slippery when wet. The soft patches are expanding with a succession of wet weather making vehicle access difficult.

Gravel resheet by placing a new layer of gravel along the worst affected road segments, and patch gravel smaller bare spots. Includes reforming the road profile to shed water and clean out surface drainage. Add a stabilising agent if appropriate to the material. Likely to expand scope with increasing damage.
