Project description

Spencer Road is a narrow pavement with deep table drains and driveway culverts. There is a bus stop on the east side which does not allow for the bus to pull of the road pavement safely.

Pavement widening, sealing, drainage improvements and bus stop improvements. The intersection improvements include kerb and channel and a traffic island at the intersection of Berry Street and Spencer Road. Additional kerb and channel in Spencer Road and pavement widening to match the previous section completed in 2014/15.
