Project description

Service Street is currently an unsealed gravel street that services 4 industrial business and 5 residential houses. The growth of the industrial businesses has introduced a higher number of vehicle movements, this has led to unsealed pavement defects including potholes, corrugation and dust and a high level of maintenance costs.

Works will be undertaken to rehabilitate approximately 105m of gravel road to a sealed pavement width of 11.5m, 105m of kerb and channel will be installed on the south side with some maintenance works to the existing kerb and channel on the northern side.
