Project description

Intersection of Brush Road / Paul Crescent / Janet Court is poorly aligned, and road between Manley Street and Paul Crescent is currently of rural standard in an urban environment. Works to upgrade the intersection and road to a more appropriate standard.

It is proposed to construct a roundabout at Brush Road / Paul Crescent / Janet Court, and urbanise the section of road by providing kerb and channel, underground drainage, footpaths and pavement upgrades.

Total cost of proposed project is $698,897
