Project description

Baringhup Road is a Rural Link road where the existing road 747 metres length of 7 metres wide pavement and 6.4 metres wide seal where the pavement and seal are deteriorated due to the rural and heavy vehicle use and is approaching the end of its life. The pavement, seal and shoulders constantly requires maintenance.

The existing road pavement sub-base 7 metres wide is to be stabilised and strengthened to 200 mm depth and a 150mm overlay base placed widened to 9.7 metres width and bitumen sealed to 6.6 metres wide.

Total cost of proposed project is $250,000
