Project description

The current right of way does not have a formal pavement construction, with just a compacted gravel surface. Lack of formal stormwater drainage system means that water runoff goes directly into Teague Street and Sunbury Road and overloading these pipes.

The entire length of right of way will be reconstructed with an asphalt sealed surface. Kerbing will be installed along both sides together with stormwater drainage pits and street lighting.
