Project description

Extensive pavement failures within the area, and inappropriate trees located within the parking lane.

Removal of existing Plane trees within the parking lane along the west side and adjacent existing edge of seal along east side. Replacement of the existing road pavement including stabilisation of subgrade, realignment of existing kerb and channel along west side, installation of new kerb and channel along east side, asphalt overlay and plant new suitable nature strip trees.

Total cost of proposed project is $450,000
