Project description

Maple Avenue is a local urban road, serving adjacent residential properties. The road and associated infrastructure was constructed in 1958 and is at the end of its useful service life. Road widening is required to provide enough space for on street parking. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surface is required and kerb and channel and footpaths need to be replaced.

Road widening including excavation and replacement of road pavement and new sealed surfacing. Replace footpaths, kerb & channel and driveways in the area of works.

Total cost of proposed project is $520,000
