Project description

The existing road pavement exhibits areas of severe roughness and loss of shape. In addition a significant length of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.

The project includes the following major aspects - Rehabilitation of 612 metres of existing pavement and resurfacing with asphalt, reconstruction of 1,460 metres of kerb and channel, reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required, construction of 178 metres of indented concrete parking bays, reconstruction of existing concrete footpath and the construction of 262 metres of new drainage.
