Project description

The 1150 metre section of Old Spring Bay Road has a very deteriorated existing bitumen seal. Between chainage 600 metres and chainage 900 metres, on the western side, property flooding regularly occurs which needs to be addressed.

It is proposed to reseal the entire length to extend the life of the pavement. A section of concrete kerb and gutter is also required to be constructed to alleviate local flooding issues to adjacent residential properties in conjunction with the road resealing.
