Project description

The project involves an upgrade to the Cross Road and Fullarton Road intersection in Adelaide, South Australia. Works include:

- Additional through and turn lanes on Cross Road and Fullarton Road;

- Indentation of bus stops on all approaches, with the exception of eastbound on Cross Road; 

- Relocation of the bus stop on Cross Road eastbound; and

- Installation of on road cycle lanes on all approaches.

Funding

The Australian Government is funding on a 50:50 ratio in conjunction with the SA Government.

Timetable

Construction commenced in early 2022 and is expected to be completed by late 2023.
