Project description

This project provided a southbound overtaking lane on the Isis Highway, 13 kilometres south of Bundaberg between Park Estate Road and the Wyder Park Scout Camp turn-off.

This project improved safety, accessibility and reliability and reduced travel times.

Funding

The Australian Government contributed $3.8 million to this project.

Timetable

The project commenced construction in late 2020 and completed construction in mid 2021.
