Project description

Jondaryan Mt Tyson Road is a heavy vehicle route and is currently a narrow single lane bitumen surface which is poor condition with many surface defects. This section of road also has poor vertical alignment on the approach to a single lane bridge at the northern end of the project which is causing safety concerns to local community.

Reconstruct tand widen the road to a two lane bitumen seal standard (7m seal on 8 m formation). Also undertake correction to the segment which has poor vertical alignment to improve the site visibility on the approach to the single lane bridge on the north end of the project

Total cost of proposed project is $1,320,000
