Project description

The existing road pavement is in very poor condition with the formation of corrugations, rutting, and edge drops and includes longitudinal and transverse cracking of the sealing surface.

It is proposed to rectify the road pavement problems by overlaying the existing pavement with additional road base material, rectifying localised drainage issues and providing a new bitumen seal to the strengthened pavement. This process will increase the pavement thickness, provide a widened shoulder and rectify edge drops.

Total cost of proposed project is $739,327
