Project description

Baringhup Road is a Rural Link road 950 metres long with a pavement width of 9 metres and a seal width 6.6 metres, which has deteriorated due to failure of the sub base and base layers over a poor quality sub grade in the outer wheel paths.

The existing pavement 950 metres long and 9 metres wide is to be stabilised to a depth of 200 mm and resealed with a 6.6 metre wide bitumen seal. Table drains are to be deepened to improve road pavement drainage.

Total cost of proposed project is $170,000
