Project description

The road has reached the end of its useful life. Combination of old concrete sleeper kerb, pavement is failing, the crown of the road is still pronounced. Residential driveways too steep for entry/exit. Footpath has reached end of its useful life.

Construction of new kerb (road to be narrowed by 0.5m on either side). Construction of new pavement New driveways to all properties new asphalt surface. New footpath on both sides of hte road to match into driveways and new kerb.

Total cost of proposed project is $409,000
