Project description

Current sealed surface is in a poor condition (i.e. pot holes, bleeding, seal stripping). This is causing an increased risk for motorists due to unsafe surface conditions. The road requires maintenance on a regular interval.

Proposed to replace the seal with asphalt, which will significantly improve the condition of the road due to better product quality. Pot holes, bleeding, and seal stripping should no longer be an issue for at least the next 5 - 10 years thus reducing the maintenance interval.
