Project description

The width of the existing road does not meet the width required in the shire's Road Hierarchy policy and extensive pot holing, edge breaks and deformations are present; crossfalls do not meet the standard required in Ausroads guides and are inconsistent.

Replace existing culverts that are failing. Reform/reconstruct the road by importing gravel so that a 6 metre seal can be applied with 1 metre of unsealed shoulder each side and crossfalls and super-elevation meet the required standards. Place signs and guideposts as required.

Total cost of proposed project is $454,309
